corrosion and Crevice corrosion in all waters at temperatures up to 5000F [2600C] for
general and to 1800F [820C] (or somewhat above) for crevice corrosion.5, 6, 7 Corrosion, in most all-marine applications, the greatest problem and the most costly, is no longer an
issue. Titanium does not corrode in this environment!
